Hijabs High is inspired by the stylish and dynamic global community of Muslim women who fuse their identities and pronounce their place in the world everyday through beauty and fashion.
It is my hope that this blog inspires, motivates and encourages Muslims and non-Muslims alike to revisit their perceptions of the "look" of Muslim women who wear the veil and encourage us all to be a little bit more fabulous.

Wow, maashAllah! I LOVE the sari and how she hijabified it! I wouldn't have thought that color on her scarf would match but it looks amazing.

I have to say this is one of the most stunning posts on this blog. What a gorgeous outfit. She has managed to retain the authenticity of the saree look while covering her arms and wearing a headscarf. Really inspiring and definitely my favourite photo so far.

The red and gold colors go so well together.
Really love how the blouse sleeves are full length.
She is able to dress in style while keeping it all simple and modest.
She is wearing Indian saree, but how she managed to hijabify the saree blouse! She is wearing it with long and long-sleeved red top underneath, in the same shade of red as the saree is, so no skin is showing at the bottom of her corps and her arms remain covered! And sare with hijab and even with a necklace is sth I just couldn't manage to put together well... I have 3 saris at home but I would never think it is possible to wear long sleeved top under the blouse. I am fatty and the saree blouses are always too tight on me, any way, so I have to have them made to measure and therefore straight on customized to be long and long-sleeved, or I have to wear long sleeved, long layering top in matching colour INSTEAD of the blouse, but I would not wear the oryginal short and short sleeved blouse over the top under the saree because I would feel too much bulky and uncomfortable. I can't even walk in saree! How do they do that they have it loose at the bottom? I always end up being wrapped up like a mummy with the saree almost sticking to my legs at the bottom, so I can't even walk in it...;(- But, I'm European, I just don't get it...lol ;(-
