lovely color scheme, and the white short-sleeve blouse over the purple turtle neck really brightens the entire look! it brings a fall ensemble into summer. brava!
Again another wonderful e.g. where the traditional culture can hold its own, without yielding to a subtle western insinuation of what to be modern hijabi. Absolutely striking.
Hijabs High is inspired by the stylish and dynamic global community of Muslim women who fuse their identities and pronounce their place in the world everyday through beauty and fashion.
It is my hope that this blog inspires, motivates and encourages Muslims and non-Muslims alike to revisit their perceptions of the "look" of Muslim women who wear the veil and encourage us all to be a little bit more fabulous.
To the chic gang of Hijabs High photographers - you know who you are - thanks for doing it all with grace and panache. :)
Finally, Hijabs High owes a debt to The Sartorialist, who first helped focus our cameras on the everyday. Thank you.

I really like the neat, sleek style of her hijab. I would just fold across the ends of the scarf to make sure my chest was covered by it.
Really like the solution with that hijab and the high turtleneck. REALLY like it masha'Allah :)
I really liked this outfit!
If I weren't a girl I think I'd say I'm in love:) ma sha'a Allah very pretty. I love purple!
She isn't wearing red n purple, but in my opinion red n purple can go perfecty together when toned down by a third color. cafe perhaps?
its a more maroonish purple colour. But dark red would be nice. Anyway, love it! its very gypsyish relax.
