Hijabs High is inspired by the stylish and dynamic global community of Muslim women who fuse their identities and pronounce their place in the world everyday through beauty and fashion.
It is my hope that this blog inspires, motivates and encourages Muslims and non-Muslims alike to revisit their perceptions of the "look" of Muslim women who wear the veil and encourage us all to be a little bit more fabulous.

It was an event with Dalia Mogahed, one of the most inspirational young American Muslim female role models of our time. Mashallah, the event had sooo many young women - they certainly outnumbered, and outfashioned the brothers.
maybe it was one of the monthly dialogues organised by the Muslim News.
and agree - the little embellishments really make this sis's look :0)
I like her style, from the waist up though :). A skirt would have looked so nice with it.
Tres chic, but I can just hear the really conservative types say that a silky vest is not really hijab-compliant. A pale gold handbag would have also worked better.
