Hi all,
We bought lace and satin lining and had the seamstress tailor-made the dresses for us.

Thank you for your kind comments.

where did you gals buy your scarves?? It looks like its super easy to wear.. and it looks good!!

hi bebe, sorry for this superlate reply. we don't check in here often.

The scarves were bought from KL. A popular boutique called Sri Munawwarah. They sell perfectly made "instant" scarves that don't make you look ridiculous.

Hope this helps.

If anyone of you visit Singapore and wishes to get a Malay baju kurung, should drop by the Geylang Serai Market, Joo Chiat Complex and Tanjong Katong Complex ( all three being walking distance from each other ). I know of one European non-Muslim lady living in Singapore who has this huge collection of baju kurung, just because she finds them to be so comfortable.
